Workshops usually consist of small sized groups with 5 - 25 participants. We split up groups to accommodate various schedules, and we have found that a round table type approach works well in allowing for collaboration and sharing of ideas. We function as the coach, trainer, and facilitator, but still rely heavily upon active input and participation from each person in the group. There is a well defined objective for each workshop, and we keep the group focused on constructive discussion. Each workshop is unique and very effective. These interactions build and reinforce respect and teamwork within the group. Some examples of past workshops include:
· Strategic Planning
